When the ladder is brand new some of the sprung red locking tabs can become stuck inside the body of the ladder. This is due to storage or transit where the ladder has been upside down
To try to resolve this please fully extend the ladder and sharply blow the ladder under each rung where the problem exists. The red locking tab should spring out and become locked. The next time the ladder is extended the problem should not exist. If there are any further problems please do not hesitate to contact us
