We have been advised the supplier has changed the design of the adaptor contrary to the included instructions. Please find the attached updated instructions where it details the correct parts and how you should choose an adaptor suitable for the size of parasol being used in the base.
Sorry for any confusion, the included instructions will be updated as a rolling change for future shipments of the product.
