Additionally, metal components and internal parts are covered for 2 years. Please note that this warranty does not cover thermal shock damage, impact damage, cosmetic issues, or commercial use unless otherwise specified.

Gas BBQ Warranty Coverage (Ottimo Pro)

For our Ottimo Pro Gas BBQs, we offer a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues on the body, frame, or lid. The burners, ignition systems, and gas components are protected for **2 years**. Exclusions include normal wear, rust not attributable to manufacturing defects, misuse, weather damage, and commercial use unless specified.

 Gas BBQ Warranty Coverage (Ottimo)

Standard Ottimo Gas BBQs feature a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship, with burners, ignition, and gas components covered for **12 months**. Similar exclusions apply as with the Pro model.

Charcoal BBQ Warranty Coverage

Our Charcoal BBQs are backed by a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects in the body and lid, and a **1-year warranty** on the metal frame, legs, and cooking grates. Exclusions include thermal shock, impact damage, misuse, normal wear, improper fuel use, consumables, and commercial use unless stated.

Dual Fuel BBQ Warranty Coverage

The **Dual Fuel Gas & Charcoal BBQs** come with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects and structural issues, while burners, ignition, and gas components are covered for 12 months. Exclusions are similar to those of the Charcoal BBQs.

Dual Fuel Pro BBQ Warranty Coverage
