Can I track my order?

Yes, we automatically send you an email to your registered email with tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. (Not applicable for Royal Mail services currently)

Please note all large consignments dispatched with Pallex will require the courier to prebook the delivery time and day prior to the delivery taking place. Please ensure the number on your order is the best one to contact you on. You can update the number by contacting us here
