My order has arrived damaged or faulty.

 

If your item is damaged or faulty, we kindly request that you send pictures of the issue through to our Customer Services Team. We will then look for the most appropriate solution to resolve this issue. 

 

Please do not return damaged or faulty items back to us without first contacting our Customer Services Team. Please contact us here to include your order number and photographs of the issue.

 

The images will help us solve your problem plus we will share these with our buyers and suppliers to try to improve our products.

If you are missing parts of your order, please contact us here. Please provide the name or number of the missing parts (as found in the manual for the product). If you cannot find the name/number, please provide a description of the part which is missing.
