Unwanted or unsuitable
If an item is simply unwanted, we can arrange for a chargeable returns label to be issued out to you or for a chargeable collection to take place from your address. The charges for returning an unwanted item will be discussed via email as the rates change depending on the courier that has to be used. Alternatively, you are able to return an item yourself to the address below. Please note, you will not be refunded for the amount that you pay in return postage for an unwanted item.
