Damaged or Faulty

If your item is damaged or faulty, we request that you send pictures of the issue through to our Customer Services Team.  We will then be able to find the best possible solution for you.  Please do not return damaged or faulty items back to us without first contacting our Customer Services Team. Unwanted or unsuitable

If an item is simply unwanted, we can arrange for a chargeable returns label to be issued out to you or for a chargeable collection to take place from your address.  The charges for returning an unwanted item will be discussed via email as the rates change depending on the courier that has to be used.  Alternatively, you are able to return an item yourself to the address below.  Please note, you will not be refunded for the amount that you pay in return postage for an unwanted item. Please contact us here
