CollectPlus Returns and Dimensions

The CollectPlus service accepts parcels measuring up to 60x50x50cm, and our maximum allowed parcel weight is 10kg.

With thousands of conveniently located parcel stores across the UK, it has never been so easy to drop off or pick up your parcels.

Our store network is made up of over 7,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that one of our stores is nearby.

If your item is unsuitable or unwanted we can arrange a return, the cost of the return will be £5 which we be deducted from your refund.
