Disputed Delivery: What to Do If Your Package Is Missing
We understand that not receiving your package can be frustrating. If you find yourself in a situation where your delivery is disputed, please follow these steps to help resolve the issue.
Check the Delivery Image (If Available)
Many courier services provide a delivery image as proof of delivery. If you have access to this image, take a moment to review it. It may show where the package was left, which can help you locate it. Look for any identifying features in the image, such as your front porch, mailbox, or a nearby landmark.
Check with Neighbours
Sometimes, packages are mistakenly delivered to a neighbour's house. It’s a good idea to check with those living nearby to see if they received your package by mistake. Neighbors may have accepted the delivery on your behalf or could have seen the package if it was left outside.
Check Safe Place
Couriers often leave packages in safe places to protect them from theft or weather damage. Check around your property for any hidden spots where the package might have been left, such as behind a plant, under a bench, or in a garage.
If the Package Cannot Be Located
If you have completed the above steps and still cannot find your package, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service to gather more information about the delivery.
Signing a Disclaimer for Non-Receipt
To proceed with the investigation, we will ask you to sign a disclaimer for non-receipt of the package. This disclaimer must be signed within 7 days of your initial inquiry. Once we receive your signed disclaimer, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
