My item has developed a fault, can you help?

If your item happens to become faulty within 12 months of purchase (2 years for kitchen electrical) please contact us with order details and photos of the fault. We can then check if the fault is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. 

 

Please include an in depth description of the problem so we can pass this on to our manufacturers and technical team for support. The fault will be diagnosed as quickly and as efficiently as possible, which may require a replacement part or arranging for the return of the goods for repair or replacement.
