We appreciate that you may want to return your purchase if it is unsuitable, you have had a change of mind or if it is damaged or faulty.

If your product is less than 20KG in weight and measuring a no more than of 120cmx90cmx60cm you can easily drop off at DHL Service Points which can be found in many local convenience stores.

•  Package your return ensuring that the parcel is sealed and secure

• ensure older labels are removed from the packaging
