Easy Returns -Drop Off with Evri -(Max Sizes 15kg 120cm)

We appreciate that you may want to return your purchase if it is unsuitable, you have had a change of mind or if it is damaged or faulty. 

If your product is less than 15KG in weight and measuring a no more than of 120cm long you can easily drop off at Evri ParcelShop which can be found in many local convenience stores.

If you would like to start a return now you can access our simple to use portal here with an option to print the label either at home or at store with a QR code

•  Package your return ensuring that the parcel is sealed and secure
• ensure older labels are removed from the packaging
• Take the parcel to your preferred ParcelShop who will process for you https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop

As soon as your item is received back into our warehouse, we will ensure that your refund is processed as soon as possible within a maximum period of 10 days.
